Engineering Manager – Gorgias (2025–Present)

At Gorgias, the leading conversational AI platform for e‑commerce, I lead the Analytics Engineering team. Gorgias helps online merchants deliver fast, personalized customer support across channels (email, chat, social, voice) using automation, AI, and deep integrations with e‑commerce platforms like Shopify.

My role focuses on building reliable, scalable analytics foundations that empower product teams, business stakeholders, and customers to understand performance, usage, and value at scale.

Engineering Manager – Yubo (2022–2025)

At Yubo, I led the Safety Engineering & Machine Learning team, building real-time moderation tools, scaling infrastructure, and contributing to strategic company decisions. I also temporarily stepped into a product leadership role, co-driving a monetization strategy that boosted revenue by ~80% year-over-year.

  • Shipped secure, compliant features across KYC, content safety, and reporting
  • Took ownership of hiring, delivery processes, and mentoring

CTO & Co‑Founder – IDVIU (2015–2022)

As the founding CTO, I built IDVIU’s technical vision and engineering organization from scratch. We developed secure, large-scale video solutions for major clients (media groups, telcos, and enterprises), with a strong focus on content protection.

  • Implemented DRM, watermarking, and anti‑leak technologies
